With the help of RollHolz, roller training becomes an effective, intense, but enjoyable experience. Thanks to the ergonomic cut of RollHolz, the pressure during back training is distributed to those structures that can withstand it and benefit from it. In practice, the spine softens, while the pressure on the muscles (back extensor / M. erector spinae) and connective tissue is evenly distributed.

The lower limbs can be trained on the flat sides of the cylinder as well as in the notch. In the notch, the pressure is distributed over a larger area, which results in a greater sense of comfort and supports the exercise with rolling. With these different options, training can be made even more individual and effective.

Training with RollHolz and small RollHolz equipment loosens myofascial adhesions and stimulates metabolism. This has a relaxing and explosive effect on the muscles, thus contributing to a balanced body feeling.

During the immediate preparation for sports activity, a performance-enhancing effect can be achieved with the increased range of motion of the joints and the increased metabolic activity of the muscles. After every sports activity, regeneration can be supported by a self-massage with a rolling pin.

The unique shape of all RollHolz products is obtained during traditional wood turning in the southern part of the Black Forest. The many years of experience of our master woodturners guarantee the consistently high quality of RollHolz products.

Each product is then given the “finishing touch” by hand in Freiburg. In this refining and quality control process, several sub-steps are carried out to ensure the highest quality of each product. Therefore, all RollHolz products are truly unique thanks to the natural wood material (unique grain, etc.) and the workmanship.

Sustainability. Both the wood from the Black Forest and the region, as well as the linseed oil with which it is sealed and refined, must meet our high quality and regional standards.
