The My-NOHRD online application provides complete and varied training with virtual training guidance by using it individually or by subscription.

With the NOHRD Wall Compact training system, you can get a new workout every day (daily workout) or choose your own workouts. During training, the heart rate (sold separately, when using a connected heart rate monitor) and burned calories are displayed in the user profile and evaluated at the end of the training.

Exercises include rope pulls, ski trainers, free weights, and bodyweight exercises. The next workout video will be previewed so that the user can prepare during the rest time.
