Introducing the YA'Fi Freestanding Punching Bag

Suitable for all fitness levels and training experience, YA'Fi follows all WATERROWER | It combines the beautiful aesthetics of the NOHRD product family with high-quality construction and innovative functionality.
From beginners to seasoned combat athletes, the YA'Fi punching bag provides an intense cardio workout that improves hand-eye coordination, punching power, footwork and general boxing skills. Inside the bag, a high-density foam core provides realistic resistance that simulates the feeling of being hit by an opponent.
With a height of 175 cm, a base diameter of 60 cm and a weight of 75 kg, the YA'Fi can be easily moved at home or in the gym with the handles on the top and bottom. The strong base is weighted down by four concrete blocks, eliminating the need for wall or ceiling mounting and allowing for 30° tilting.

EXPERT DESIGN
Developed in France by a team of martial arts specialists, it allows users to develop a full range of techniques. From boxing to Muay Thai, YA'Fi fits all martial arts training styles. YA'Fi can be laid flat to allow for full sparring and other ground combat practice.
CAN BE COMPLEMENTED
In addition to grappling exercises, it can also be used for additional strengthening and rehabilitation exercises with the available accessories.
The flexible ropes available for YA'Fi can be attached to the straps on the top and bottom of the punching bag. So you can perform strength exercises that use all muscle groups, including biceps and chest exercises as well as shoulder presses and pulls. Two ropes are 90-220 cm long and equipped with carabiner clips at both ends.

YA'FI BOXING BAGS ARE HANDMADE BY WATERROWER | AT THE NOHRD FACILITY IN TOURCOING, NORTH OF FRANCE.
The punching bag is made of durable, 100% vegan leather. All skins are expertly cut by hand to minimize wastage. Production is done in small batches so that inventory does not exceed demand. YA'Fi's straps and cuffs are made from recycled materials to further our commitment to waste reduction.
Our love for design drives us to be even more inventive and create products that are beautiful, with attractive materials and impeccable finishes. All this in a traditional way, with unique know-how.
In order to limit CO2 emissions, the factory sources the materials used in the production of YA'Fi from local sources. We always strive for the most ethical and highest quality, never the most economical.
