The training
The SlimBeam is a complete training device for your home, and so that you always train at the right training intensity, we show exercises in the attached exercise library that guide you from easy to difficult exercises. There is an intensity indicator next to each exercise! For example, start with exercises that move a muscle and get to know your body step by step. At the beginning of the exercise library, you will find these exercises for the following muscle groups: chest, back, arms, shoulders, legs and abdomen. Once you are ready to increase the intensity, you can move on to combination and coordination exercises. You will find significantly higher degrees of difficulty than these.
Function and integration
SlimBeam catches the eye with its slim design and requires minimal space.
It is only 215 cm high and 40 cm wide, so it blends aesthetically into your living environment.
It must be securely attached to the wall at a distance of 10 cm so that it hangs 20 cm into the space with its body. Its floor space thus requires less than half a square meter.
The movement space required for the ropes must also be taken into account. The pull line is 4 meters for a double pull and 8 meters for a single pull, which allows for maximum functionality during training.
